Gpredict user configuration

As of Gpredict version 1.1, user configuration is stored in:

• /home/username/.config/Gpredict/ on Linux
• /home/username/Library/Application Support/Gpredict/ on Mac OS X
• C:\Documents and Settings\username\Gpredict\ on Windows XP

The configuration directory has the following layout:

hwconf/*.rig
hwconf/*.rot
logs/*.log
maps/             (user maps)
modules/*.mod
satdata/*.cat
satdata/*.sat
gpredict.cfg
*.qth
